Return/Refund Policy
At The Morning Club, customer satisfaction matters to us. We take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality coffee crafted for the people who show up every day.
Because our coffee is a consumable product and many orders are roasted specifically after purchase, our return and refund policy differs from traditional retail products.
Returns
Due to food safety and freshness standards, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee products.
We may accept returns on unopened, unused items only if approved by our support team.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unopened and unused
- Be in original packaging
- Be requested within 14 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued for eligible orders under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect item received
- Product damaged during shipping
- Order arrives with a quality issue
- Approved return of unopened product
If your refund request is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of damaged packaging or products (if applicable)
This helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Partial refund
- Full refund
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because many of our coffees are roasted shortly after purchase, orders begin processing quickly.
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
Once an order has entered roasting or fulfillment, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:
- Opened coffee products
- Used merchandise
- Gift cards (if offered)
- Limited-edition or custom collaboration products (unless damaged or defective)
This includes specialty releases and partner blends.
