Shipping Policy
At The Morning Club, we believe great coffee is worth the wait—and freshness matters.
Because many of our coffees are roasted in small batches after an order is placed, processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 4–7 business days after purchase.
During high-volume periods, seasonal promotions, limited-edition releases, or special partner drops, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Times
After your order ships, most U.S. deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier transit times.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by:
- Weather delays
- Carrier delays
- Holiday shipping volume
- Incorrect shipping information
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Shipping Availability
At this time, The Morning Club ships within the United States only.
We may expand international shipping in the future.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout.
The Morning Club is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided during checkout.
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately through our Contact page. We will do our best to assist if the order has not yet shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is largely outside our control.
If your package is:
- Lost
- Damaged in transit
- Marked delivered but missing
Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery issue.
We will work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue whenever possible.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may occasionally ship separately depending on inventory or fulfillment timing.
If this happens, separate tracking information may be provided.
